Job description

General agricultural research-related: the Research Farmworker is responsible for activities related to agricultural research including general agricultural research-related activities including processing and packaging seed. Additionaling duties include cleaning combines after harvesting small seed increases.

Rogueing Soybean and Rice Increases: the Research Farmworker is responsible for activities related to agricultural research including rogueing soybean and rice increases for off-types (walking rows looking for and disposing of plants with off-type characteristics)

General farm-related activities: the Research Farmworker is responsible for activities related to agricultural research including general other farm-related activities such as weed control, irrigation, farmstead maintenance, etc.

Special Requirements

The employer does not anticipate that training will be necessary but will provide any amount of training the worker needs to be able to perform the duties of the position.
