Job description
Workers will be required to drive tractors during sugarcane planting, pulling wagons hauling seed cane, and harvesting pulling cane trailers hauling cane or the harvester. Workers will also be expected to perform general farm labor duties such as but not limited to; shovel work, minor repair and maintenance to farm vehicles and equipment, field sanitation duties, keeping house and shop areas clean and free of debris, mow yards and keep neat and clean. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must follow all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties.
