Job description

We farm 40,000 plus acres of row crop which is mainly corn and soybeans. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and
complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employees may assist
with all aspects of farming including but not limited to farm tillage, planting, fertilizing, spraying, operating a combine, and running auger wagons.
Employees may use a farm truck in all of these processes including but not limited to hauling: Grain from the fields to local elevators or bin sites,
loading and unloading grain. Fertilizer, chicken litter, manure and other nutrients to fields associated with the operation. Planter and sprayer
tenders with water and chemicals. Employees may be asked to assist in rock picking, clearing of fence lines, and building removal or modification.

Special Requirements

Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and frequent stooping. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
