Job description
Operates machines such as dryers, cleaners, gin stands and linters that dry, clean and
separate cotton lint from seed and waste material; records seed weight and bale weight;
operate beltwide and module feeder, mote press, automatic bagger; drive pickup to obtain
parts and supplies; daily upkeep and cleaning of equipment while ginning; during times of peak
need and depending on weather or crop conditions, hours requested may increases; work at
night may be requested; employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their
Sabbath.
Special Requirements
Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to
lift up to 75 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to
the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result
in immediate termination from employment.
