Job description
Dining Room Captains will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, inspecting and maintaining linens and service ware items, inspecting dining room, managing the guest reservation system and waitlist if applicable, taking and placing guest orders, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables as needed. May supervise up to ten (10) Servers. Dining Room Captains may need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm, or 2:00pm – 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any applicant who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
