Job description
Physically demanding duties related to general exterior residential construction work. Clean and prepare work area in advance of work. Coordinate and perform duties related to concrete work, framing, and other exterior construction tasks. May work on installation of outdoor play areas / playgrounds. All duties to be performed utilizing proper installation methods and proper fall protection and scaffolding.

Special Requirements
Must be able to consistently lift over 50 lbs.
