Dining Room Attendant

Job description

Follows all established standard operating procedures for seating members, taking food and beverage orders, and serving food and beverages. Replenish complimentary snacks and desserts for members. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining and buffet tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), replenish buffet items, replenish beverages, set up and break down banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties. Ensure the dining room and work stations are properly cleaned and restocked at the end of every shift.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). All employees work at least 5 shifts per week. Typical shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11 pm. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Overtime as needed only.

Special Requirements

Must be 18 years of age. Must pass pre-employment drug test (in accordance with companys Drug Free Workplace Policy). Ibis drug screens all applicants, including domestic and H-2B visa employees.
