Job description
Bartenders will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to members and guests, cleaning glasses and bar equipment, and ensuring that the bar and work areas are clean and well-stocked. Bartenders are responsible for serving food to members and guests at the bar counters and bar tables as needed. Bartenders are also responsible for setting up and tearing down club member events and/or banquet events. Banquet event set-up includes moving and setting tables and chairs and setting up buffet tables for food service. Bartenders must follow all county and state food regulations.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am-4:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm. May Occasionally work a double shift. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
