Job description
Workday and hours can vary.
Duties will include harvest of chiles. Destem and place in 10 gallon buckets and empty into bins.
Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath.
Drug and alcohol-free work zone. Workers must clean their own living area or pay for cleanup as needed.
Tools provided at no cost to workers: shears, file to sharpen shears, buckets, sacks.
Special Requirements
Drug testing after hire at employer expense if abnormal behavior or accident. Class D license for some of workers desired,
