Outside Services Attendant

Job description

Outside Services Attendants will be responsible for providing assistance to members, including greeting members and assisting with check-in, providing bag, cart, and range service to members and guests, and assisting the Pro Shop with retail and member requests; such as receiving and communicating golfer complaints to the Pro Shop, working closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments, and implementing and supporting all course policies and procedures communicated by management, as they relate to the duties of this position, directing members to the golf course’s Pro Shop for purchase of goods or answering questions on what a member can find in the Pro Shop for purchase. Outside Services Attendants do not perform any sales or retail work in the golf Pro Shop. Parking member cars during large events as needed. Greet members at the first tee as a starter or monitor the pace of play on the golf course as a ranger as needed. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 9:00am to 4:00pm, or 10:00am to 5:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a high-volume environment at a high-end resort or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employer's expense. Must have a valid drivers license.
