Job description
to assist with the operation of steam heated vacuum pans, batch cookers and crystallization to manufacture raw sugar during the harvest season by setting temperature and pressure gauges on cooking machines to produce sugar, and performing related sugar boiling work as needed or assigned.
Special Requirements
Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 8 and 10-12 hour shifts (11am-7pm; 7pm-3am; 3am-11am) or (11pm-11am; 11am-11pm).
