Job description

hand transplanting strawberry plants: Workers will walk and plant strawberry plants by hand and use its hand to dig a clear hole and put the plant into the hole and make sure it is planted correctly. This operation consists of being bend over all day long. Workers will not discard or break the plants as they are planting them. Workers are required to lift at least 75 pounds as the chep blue pallets needed to be stacked as the boxes are loaded onto these pallets and can weight up to 75 pounds. Workers will clean weeds as needed in the rows they will plant which also requires for workers to use lots of strength pushing and pulling.
