Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job description

We need seasonal employees to assist with harvesting corn and soybeans in the Spring and Fall. Employees would assist with mowing, maintenance and other odd jobs during the summer months. . Job duties will include: preparing fields for planting, operating tractors, manure spreaders, operating other farm equipment, load crops and unload crops, operating equipment to harvest crops, and drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

*** For 2025 and all future applications the starting date will be April 1 to cover the entire crop season.

Special Requirements

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license. Job requires 3 months farm experience.
