Job description

We are row crop farming operation. We grow cotton, rice & corn, irrigated. Our equipment consists of
newer John Deere combines, tractors & sprayers. We are in need of workers during cotton and rice
harvest season to operate combines and other necessary harvest equipment and to service and
repair equipment during the season. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as:
attach/detach implements, be able to handle working in high humidity, inform farm managers of plants
or crops progress, operate equipment for a cotton gin, record information about crops, repair and
maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, set up repair, maintain, and operate
specialized equipment, use hand tools such as such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, pruning
hooks, shears, loppers, and knives, use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric
tools, work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be
used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: combines or other
harvesting equipment, cotton gin equipment, cotton module trucks, cotton stripper/picker, GPS
guidance systems, grain carts, irrigation equipment, pickups, cars, etc, tractor/trailer combinations,
tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, cotton, rice.

Special Requirements

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Be able to
lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to
the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result
in immediate termination from employment.
