Job description
Gather eggs produced by our farm and grading, sorting, or classifying by size, weight, color, or
condition; Cull birds as necessary for peak egg collecting; Walk chicken houses; Feed and
water livestock and monitor food and water supplies; Herd livestock; Examine animals to detect
illness, injury, or disease, and to check physical characteristics such as rate of weight gain;
Clean and maintain work area in accordance with food and safety regulations.
Special Requirements
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies.
Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the
worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean
driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 75 lbs.
