Job description
Employees will be picking strawberries. Job duties are:
- Plant and cultivate plants for production;
- Perform had cultivation tasks;
- Keep count of harvested and loaded crops, ensuring accuracy of all counts, record keeping;
- Pick vegetable from plant by hand or using a knife to remove fruit from plant according to
size, color, shape and degree of maturity;
-May separate fruit according to size and uniformity.
--Close container after packing and stack full containers according to size.
Special Requirements
Workers are required to make a minimum of 9 boxes of strawberry per hour
