Job description

*Employees will be picking Strawberries, they will be planting, weeding, and harvesting strawberries.
*Employees are required to handle a variety of manual labor tasks including but not limited the production and harvesting activities.
*Workers must be able to perform manual labor with accuracy and efficiency.
*Crops grown on the farm are strawberries. No smoking, no illegal drugs, no alcohol or weapons of any kind in housing or fields permitted.
*The employer will provide training for a minimum of 3 days.
*The Company will provide tools and equipment necessary to perform all required tasks at no cost to the worker.
* Tools and equipment will include knives, shears, clippers, and gloves if needed to perform the job.
*Weeding will be required only as needed. Harvest fruit by hand.
*Clean work areas and maintain grounds
*Dig, cut, and transplant seedlings,
*Dig, rake, and screen soil, filling cold frames and hot beds in preparation for planting. •
*Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
*Plant, prune plants, shrubs, using gardening tools.
*Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
*Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools.
*Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers, using hand tools.
*Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools
*Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
*Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
