Job description

Create beverage recipes, mix, and serve beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to members. Follows all established standard operating procedures for taking and serving food and beverage orders. Additional duties include clearing, cleaning, and resetting dining tables (includes linens, silverware, glassware, utensils, and condiments), set up and break down portable bars and banquet tables, chairs, decorations, displays, and other equipment for special events and private parties. Ensure the bar area and bar equipment is properly cleaned and sufficiently restocked with glasses, alcohol, mixers, etc. at the end of every shift.

Anticipated days and hours of work per week and schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). All employees work at least 5 shifts per week. Typical shifts: 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11 pm. Shift days and times vary depending on the demand or event scheduled. Overtime as needed only.

Special Requirements

Must be 18 years of age. Must pass pre-employment drug test (in accordance with companys Drug Free Workplace Policy). Ibis drug screens all applicants, including domestic and H-2B visa employees. Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must present a professional demeanor and appearance.
