Job description
Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping all public/common areas at Copper Mountain Resort including entry ways, restrooms, common rooms, dining rooms, patios, and offices in clean and orderly condition, performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities such as replacing lightbulbs, notifying management of need for repairs, watering plants and flowers, landscaping, and clearing snow or debris from grounds. May help with the set up and breakdown of events – this includes arranging tables, chairs, dance floor and stage. May also be asked to move furniture and small appliances, and unload boxes. Facilities Maintenance Technician may need to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 8:00am to 3:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
