Job description
Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the raw sugar process, including quality control of unit processes. Assist with equipment cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance during and after the harvesting season. Submits laboratory data to process operators.
Special Requirements
Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 8 and 10-12 hour shifts (11am-7pm; 7pm-3am; 3am-11am) or (11am-11pm; 11pm-11am); 56+ hours per week, overtime paid after 40 hours a week during and after harvesting season. 40 hours a week will be offered after harvesting season until the end of the contract. Overtime as needed after harvesting season. Workers will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
