Job description

Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from customers and serve patrons at counters or tables. Produce high quality food according to recipes in an organized manner. Prepare, season and cook pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and a variety of starters and salads. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times. May wash dishes, take out trash and unload inventory (food deliveries & supplies). Up to 1 hr non paid lunch, varies. Out of 7 days a week; applicant must be able to work a 5 day work week, including weekends/holidays. Hours and shift times vary: 6am - 2pm, 12pm - 7pm, and 5pm - 12am. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check. Housing available, apartment located above the restaurant. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 3 Months Prep Cook Experience Required. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
