Job description
Workers will be required to drive large tractors harvesting crops, tilling the land after harvest, minor repair and maintenance to farm equipment and vehicles, loading grain trailers, cleaning grain bins and trailers, and any other general farm labor that may be required, such as cleaning the shop areas and keeping fields and yards free of debris. Drug tests may be performed, post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must comply with all work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties.
