Job description

Workers will transport grains to designated locations and will operate seed cleaning and conditioning equipment for spring wheat, soybeans, mustard, and canola. For the months of November through April bagging / totes of the seed will have to be done for resale for the 2024 crop season. Routine maintenance will have to be done on all vehicles and equipment used as well as the grounds and will include snow removal. Workers must have the following.
Must have a current and insurable drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Must be able to speak and read English for daily record keeping and safety reasons.
Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting.
No smoking in vehicles, equipment or housing.
No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs.
No education level is required. Must have 3 months farm related basic machinery experience and operating machines for seed cleaning and treatment.
