Job description

Servers/Hosts who will be responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing (bussing) tables. Servers/Hosts will also be responsible for seating customers at tables or in lounge and helping ensure food and beverage outlets are clean and maintained and helping to handle and resolve guest complaints as needed. Will report directly to the food & beverage manager at Cabbage Key and Tarpon Lodge.

Special Requirements

Petitioner will consider for employment anyone who possesses at least one (1) year of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Ability to speak & read English. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train
Days and Shifts: Monday - Sunday; shifts available 7 days a week. Work hours from: 10:00am to 6:00pm; 8:00am to 4:00pm; 4:00pm to 12:00am, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Tipped position with guaranteed wage of $15.70 to $25.00 per hour.
Overtime may be available at $23.55 to $37.50 per hour.
Occasional service charges for group events may be available as deemed appropriate by the department manager.
