Job description
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas including floors, walls, and storage areas. Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order. Follow sanitation and safety policies and procedures. Assist kitchen and culinary staff as needed by preparing basic food items and/or expediting food delivery. Manage waste and ensure sorting and disposal are in line with resort sustainability policies. Assist in setting up for events, banquets, and other special occasions.

Special Requirements
Must be willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for entire shift.
