Job description

reads hydrometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, conductimeter, vacuum oven and ph meter. Checks ph, brix, pol, starch, dextran, reducing sugar, bagacillo and color during all stages of conversion of sugar in raw sugar mill.

Weekly meal allowance will be provided to the worker.

Special Requirements

Must be willing to work 7 days a week, varying 12 hour shifts (12pm-12am; 12am-12pm); overtime paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting season; 40 hours a week after harvesting season until the end of the contract. Overtime as needed after harvesting season. Worker will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday.
