Job description

Keep buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnaces and boilers, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs for 75 yards. Must be able to handle temperature extremes. Some weekend work.
