Job description
Workers will help meat packagers by assisting with duties requiring less skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment. Workers will load and unload meat products from buggies to the production line. Place products on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or packaging. Remove products from machines and place on hooks or in nets. Help move products during the preparation process. Help pack and store products. Separate products according to weight, grade, size, or composition. Transfer finished products between work area and storage. Workers may be required to work earlier/flexible shifts.
