Job description

Line Cooks who will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line cooks report directly to the executive chef at Cabbage Key and Tarpon Lodge.

Special Requirements

Petitioner will consider for employment anyone who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a fi ne-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Ability to speak & read English. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.
Days and Shifts: Monday - Sunday; shifts available 7 days a week. Work hours from: 10:00am to 6:00pm; 8:00am to 4:00pm; 4:00pm to 12:00am, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.
Hourly Wage: $16.07 to $18.00 per hour (Service-charge eligible position)
Overtime may be available at $24.11 to $27.00 per hour.
Occasional service charges for group events may be available as deemed appropriate by the department manager.
