Food & Beverage Server Assistant

Job description

The Food and Beverage Assistant Server/Busser is responsible for taking customers' food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and sometimes accepting payments for all Food and Beverage facilities the hotel offers, including but not limited to restaurants, bar & lounges, coffee shop, banquet, and room service. May perform additional duties, including escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at counters, setting up and clearing tables, setting up banquet events, or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing guests with the highest quality of service efficiently and courteously.
