Front Desk Attendants who will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting with reservations, assisting in carrying luggage to and from guest rooms, distributing Hotel information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail daily. The Front Desk Attendant will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms and for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in.

Front Desk Attendants who will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting guests, assisting with reservations and luggage, distributing Hotel information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail daily. The Front Desk Attendant will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms and for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can lude evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
