Job description
Use hand-welding, flame-cutting, hand-soldering, or brazing equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.
Repair damaged construction equipment and fabricate parts to repair equipment.
Will use MIG Welder, Arc Welder, Acetylene Torch, Metal Cutoff Saw, Grinder, and other tools to make repairs on various construction equipment. Will use same equipment to fabricate metal parts to fix or enhance various pieces of equipment.
Special Requirements
ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS AND CARRY IT 50 FEET . SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Experience with MIG welding, Arc welding, brazing and cutting, fabricating new parts for construction equipment.
