Job description
Front Desk/Concierges will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations for spa services, dining and special events, distributing Club information and schedules, executing point-of-sale and billing reconciliation for member and guest purchases such as spa products, services, and food and beverage, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. The Front Desk/Concierge will also be responsible for ensuring that all common areas in the front desk/reception area are properly cleaned, inventoried, restocked, and ready for guest appointments or reservations.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm or 12:00pm to 7:00pm and may vary. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of front desk experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
