Job description
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring variety and innovation in resort’s culinary offerings. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies. Support other kitchen staff, including dishwashing, food prep, and line cooking. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.
