Job description
Dining Room Managers will be responsible for performing various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll, resolving customer complaints regarding food service, compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift, train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities. May supervise up to fourteen (14) servers, back servers, food runners and expeditors.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 10:00am - 6:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
