Job description

Perform tasks involving physical labor at the construction site and warehouse. Will operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments required to assemble Hatcher and Setter Halls & Rooms. May clean and prepare sites, assemble of Walls, Doors, and Equipment and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other “Skilled” Craftworkers. Load-In of Construction tools, materials, supplies, and Equipment (ability to lifts +/- 40 lbs.) Assisting skilled construction labor in the assembly of flooring, walls, and doorways (must be able to basic hand-/ power tools like hammer, screwdriver, wrenches power tools). Assembly of Setter & Hatcher rooms and equipment. Repetitive assembly of Frames, Ceilings, Prefabricated walls, ceilings and doorways that will have to be manually assembled and adjusted. Conduit assembly and connections for wiring, ventilation, and plumbing. Warehouse Load-In and Load-out of Building Materials and supplies (ability to lifts +/- 40 lbs.) Equipment assembly of Buggy, Carts, Frames, Walls etc. used for Poultry Hatchery Setters and Hatchers (must be able to basic hand-/ power tools like hammer, screwdriver, wrenches power tools) Loading and stocking parts and supplies for each construction phase of hatchery build-out.

Special Requirements

Workers must be able to lift and cary up to +/- 40 lbs. Workers must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
