Job description
Line Cooks will be responsible for prepping food for kitchen stations and preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a cafeteria, restaurant, or banquet environment. Line Cooks will perform workstation cleaning duties, including washing dishes and items used in food preparation. Line Cooks will also help to maintain the outdoor service areas, loading docks, building entrances and garbage disposal areas by removing snow and spreading sand/grit.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 9:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club environment.
