Job description
Prepare dishes and menu items, following established procedures, inventory systems and processes to ensure compliance with food handling guidelines, maintain a neat and clean line and work station, assist with opening/closing duties, including setting up stations, washing dishes and all cooking materials, and sorting and removing trash.
Special Requirements
Current food handlers permit or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and climb stairs throughout shift.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Monday through Sunday (schedule varies). Work schedule can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Shift examples: 6:00am 1:00pm, 11:00am 6:00pm, or 2:00pm 9:00pm (shift hours may vary).
