Job description

Servers will be responsible for greeting members and guests, providing detailed menu insights, taking and placing orders, promptly delivering food and beverages, executing pre-service side work, including tasks such as lemon slicing, table preparation, and beverage preparation, maintaining the condition of dining areas, banquet spaces, storage facilities, and service stations, setting up and dismantling banquet and dining events, and answering phones in the restaurant, when needed.

Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment drug screening at employers expense.
