Job description
Cooks will be responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am to 12:00pm, 12:00pm to 7:00pm, or 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements
The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
