Job description

Responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers may occasionally perform host or hostess duties such as answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, greeting and seating guests and presenting menus.

Rate of Pay: Pay rate varies by Outlet: $9.98 - $11.00 hourly rate + service charge and/or tips. Employer guarantees hourly rate of pay will not fall below prevailing wage at $17.26/hour. O/T available paid at $25.89/hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Employees are eligible to participate in a recognition program and may receive additional compensation, if recognized. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck. For a full list of benefits offered please reach out to HR.

Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am to 2:30pm,10:00am to 6:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

Requirements: Six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must complete Pre-employment Background Check.
