Job description
Provide compassionate care and support to senior in her daily activities, including medication, eating, dressing and bathroom. Provide emotional and social support to senior. Organize physical and social activities to promote the senior’s well-being and engagement. Maintain health and safe home environment. Communicate with senior and her family members in Japanese and provide guidance on home care. Understand senior’s desired daily life style, formulate a plan, and follow the plan. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Special Requirements
1 year experience in caring for seniors by providing compassionate care and support to senior in her daily activities, including eating, dressing and bathroom; formulating activities plan based on seniors lifestyle; and providing guidance on home care to senior's family. Native Japanese language skills required to communicate with the senior and her family effectively. Conversational English skills required to communicate with others.
