Job description
Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to harvest grain,
oilseed, bean and potato crops; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery;
Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of grain and
potatoes; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment as well
as farm buildings, fences, and other structure; Load agricultural products into trucks without
over or under filling and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas, and maintain
grounds and landscaping by removing snow; Tilling soil in preparation for planting; Pick rocks.
Special Requirements
Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry
supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test
at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate
termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.
