*Specific job duties/functions:
Full time in home care for infant and toddler children, specific job duties include:
•Clothing/dressing the children in the morning
•Combing children’s hair and brushing children’s teeth
•Preparing children’s bottles and sippy cups (juice, milk, tea)
•Bottle feeding and burping children
•Cooking and preparing children’s snacks and children’s meals (must know how to cook Dominican food for children)
•Cleaning children’s pacifiers, bottles, sippy cups, plates, bowls, and utensils using dishwasher (children’s things only)
•Changing children’s diapers and assisting children with potty training routine to and from the bathroom
•Engaging in indoor play and outdoor play (in our home’s backyard) with children and cleaning up children’s toys after play time ends
•Engaging in music time, reading time and crafts time with the children and cleaning up children’s books and crafts supplies once finished
•Speaking Spanish to the children throughout the day
•Placing children down for one 2-hour nap each day in bassinet, crib, or bed
•Clean/wash children’s rags, blankets, sheets, pillows, and clothes (children’s things only)
•Fold and put away children’s things in children’s closet and shelves
•Taking children out for walks or strolls around the neighborhood or to the nearby park or field or to scheduled classes or activities such as children’s gyms, swim classes, or crafts classes
•Bathing the children and dressing the children for bedtime routine
•Placing children down for their bedtime
•Administering medicines as needed and as prescribed by the children’s doctors (including administering albuterol using nebulizer machine)

*Cooking and preparing foods will be limited to children only, and does not extend to the entire family. All job duties/functions will be limited to children only.

Full time in home care for infant and toddler children, including but not limited to: preparing bottles, doing bottle feedings, burping infant, cooking and preparing foods (Dominican food and others), clothing and changing the children, changing diapers, help bathing children, administering medicine to the children, engage in play time, reading, and other learning activities with the children, practice Spanish with the children, place children down for naps, clean children’s clothes, take children out for walks or strolls, or to scheduled classes or activities, assist with night and bedtime routine for children, etc.

Special Requirements

Knows Infant/Toddler/Child CPR
Knows how to administer albuterol using nebulizer and inhaler/pump
Knows how to swim
Non-smoker
