Job description
Employee Housing Cleaners will be responsible for cleaning and deep cleaning rooms and communal spaces in employee housing, which includes any combination of the following: sweep, mop, scrub floors; clean baseboards; shampoo and spot clean carpets; wash windows; remove trash in the interior and exterior of building; clean toilets; showers and sinks. Clean stoves, ovens, sinks countertops, dishwashers, and walls. Perform other light maintenance duties as needed such as shovelling snow and adding salt to side walks.
Special Requirements
three (3) months of housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check. Must be able to lift up to 35-50 lbs unassisted, kneel and bend regularly, and stand for the entire scheduled shift.
On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.
Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work schedule can vary and may include evening, weekend, and holidays hours. Example shift: 9:00am to 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Hourly Wage: $18.29 to $21.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company).
Overtime may be available at $27.44 to $31.50 per hour.
Pay raises for returning staff if their experience and skillset meet the requirements for a higher wage.
