Job description
Perform general duties required of Food Preparation Workers. Specifically, he/she will perform the following duties: Perform a variety of kitchen tasks including preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. May assist cooks as necessary with related duties.
Special Requirements
Must be capable of regular periodic lifting of at least 30 lbs. Scheduled Sunday - Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm, or 4:00pm 12:00am with 1-2 days off per week.
