Job description
WORKERS WILL WASH, PREPARE, & COOK CRAWFISH, OTHER SEAFOOD, & MENU ITEMS. COOKING PROCESSES MAY INCLUDE BOILING, BROILING, FRYING, STEAMING, GRILLING, AS EXAMPLES OF HOW THE FOOD WILL BE PREPARED. WORKERS WILL HAVE GENERAL CLEAN UP DUTIES TO INCLUDE INSPECTING & CLEANING FOOD, PREP AREAS, EQUIPMENT & WORK SURFACES OR SERVING AREAS TO ENSURE SAFE & SANITARY FOOD HANDLING PRACTICES. WORKERS ARE TO ENSURE FRESHNESS OF FOOD & INGREDIENTS BY CHECKING FOR QUALITY & MAY BE REQUIRED TO ROTATE STOCK. MUST BE ABLE TOLIFT 30-40 LBS, WHEN NECESSARY. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON, ABLE, WILLING, AND QUALIFIED TO PERFORM THE WORK. 3 MONTHS POSITIVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN JOBOFFERED. WORKER MAY BE REQUIREDTO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST, POSTHIRE, AT NO COST TO WORKER. POSTACCIDENT DRUG TESTING REQUIRED.
Special Requirements
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30-40 LBS,WHEN NECESSARY. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON,ABLE, WILLING, AND QUALIFIED TO PERFORM THE WORK. WORKER MAYBE REQUIRED TO TAKE A RANDOM DRUG TEST, POST HIRE, AT NO COSTTO WORKER. POST ACCIDENT DRUG TESTING REQUIRED. 3 MONTHSPOSITIVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN JOB OFFERED.
Shift work available 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Employer reserves right to assign shift based on need; overtime varies.
