Job description
Employees will operate equipment with towed implements designated for feeding and bedding cattle daily and will check the condition of water fountains and the health of the animals. Workers help with calving the herd and care for new born. Routine maintenance will need to be done on machinery, grounds and structures including fencing and snow removal.
Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No texting. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
Must have a current drivers license
Workers must have three months tractor driving with computerized monitors experience and cattle experience
No education level required.
Must be able to speak, understand and read English for safety reasons.
Special Requirements
A general driver's license is required. Need a valid license in order to drive the farm truck around the farm, to get supplies or just necessities.
