Job description

Duties: Responsible for welcoming guests, opening doors, keeping entry areas and courtyard clean, unloading and transporting guests’ luggage by hand or baggage cart, valet service, responding to guest issues and acquainting guests with amenities.

Rate of Pay: $14.44 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $21.66 per hour. Employees may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of performance-based pay. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.

Special Requirements

Three (3) months of guest service experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.

Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 11:00am to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
