Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job description

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of all public/common areas at Naples Grande’s properties, including entry ways, restrooms, common rooms, dining rooms, patios, and offices; respond to guest calls in a polite and friendly manner; make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems; keep tools and equipment clean, secure, and in good working order; and perform routine maintenance duties throughout Naples Grande’s buildings and properties including pool areas.

Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $22.51 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $30.00 - $33.76 per hour. Employees are eligible to participate in a recognition program and may receive additional compensation, if recognized. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include overnight evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 11:00pm to 7:30am. Shift hours may vary.

Special Requirements

Requirements: Six (6) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must complete Pre-employment Background Check.
